We offer free easy-to-follow PDF User Guides for all of our self-managed websites so you can get up and running sooner. Once your site is ready to launch, we can also train you and your team either onsite or over the phone on how to edit and update your CMS website and send email campaigns. We will also show you how to run reports, access statistics and anything else your team needs to get the most out of your online experience.
All clients receive up to two hours training for unlimited staff, who are trained within the same session, at no charge. If you or your team require further training, this is available at a discounted rate of $75ph + GST.
